Village of Martins Additions Ordinance 4-09-2

Related to new building regulations for the Village of Martin's Additions

Introduced April 16, 2009 by the Village Council for public comment and Council consideration at public hearing Thursday, May 21, 2009 in Chevy Chase Village Hall, 5906 Connecticut Avenue, Chevy Chase, MD 20815.

The final ordinance was passed unanimously by the Council in open session on May 27, 2009. The regulations contained in the ordinance will become effective on June 16, 2009
