FOR PROPERTIES IN THE VILLAGE OF MARTIN’S ADDITIONS!

The recent adoption of new building regulations for Martin’s Additions requires coordination with the Village Office before building or construction plans are developed. Martin’s Additions building regulations are different from Montgomery County. Both a Village permit and a County permit must be issued before construction can begin.

It is recommended that clearance be received from the Village first. Not doing so could result in the need to significantly alter building plans. Please call the Village Office at 301-656-4112 for more information. New regulations and permitting forms will soon be available on this website.
